Authorities responded to a heartbreaking incident on Township Road 50 in Coshocton County when a 1-year-old child was fatally injured in a farming accident.
The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call on Tuesday, May 7 at 7:59 p.m., alerting them to the situation.
Upon arrival, emergency responders confirmed the child’s death at the scene.
The incident, which involved the assistance of the Walhonding Valley Fire Department, Coshocton County EMS, and the Coshocton County Coroner’s Office, is currently under investigation.
Sheriff James Crawford declined to provide further details at this time.
