2-year-old abducted by non-custodial parent in Alliance

Update: The child has been located safely.

The Alliance Police Department is actively seeking the safe return of two-year-old Cole Smart, who was reportedly abducted on Saturday night from his residence at 530 E Oxford St.

The suspect in the case has been identified as Nicole Middleton, the non-custodial parent of the child.

Cole Smart, a young white male with distinctive curly light-colored hair, was last seen in the care of Nicole Middleton.

APD is leading the investigation and urging anyone with information regarding Cole Smart’s whereabouts to come forward.
