The expected high temperatures for Wednesday have forced one local elementary school to close.
Carrollton Elementary students will have the day off Wednesday, Sept. 6 due to forecast high heat.
Students Pre-K through 5th grade will not have school due to their school not having air conditioning.
Students in sixth through 12th grade will report to school as usual.
