A man from New Philadelphia has been pulled over driving under the influence for the 7th time, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Pete A. Beamer has been charged with his 7th OVI offense after being involved in a motorcycle crash on County Road 28 on May 24th, 2023.

Troopers say he displayed signs of impairment, refused field sobriety tests, and refused to submit to a breath test.

He is also being charged with failure to control. The case will be presented to the Tuscarawas County Grand Jury for official charges.
