Stark County Juvenile on run after escaping the Multi-County Juvenile Attention System

A 17-year-old inmate from the Multi-County Juvenile Attention System (MCJAS) has escaped from the Canton Township facility, according to the Stark County Sheriff’s Office.

The Stark County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating after receiving a report about the juvenile. Deputies were dispatched to MCJAS around 7:30 Sunday evening in regards to the juveniles who reportedly escaped.

The juvenile is described as a white male who is approximately 6’4, 210lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a red hoodie, blue jeans, and red/black tennis shoes. He is not believed to be dangerous.
