The mother of Gaven Carlisle, the 22-year-old who was shot to death in New Phildelphia on March 5, is offering a reward for the arrest of two other alleged suspects connected to the shooting death of her son.

Two suspects have already been arrested and charged in the New Philadelphia man’s death, but two persons of interest remain on the run.

Jessica Fuller, his mother, said she will pay $1,000 for the capture of each suspect connected to the death of her son. She said her family wants justice.

Carlisle was a father to a three-year-old girl, Calleigh. The family of the slain man wants justice for their loved one but most importantly closure. His mom said “they all need to face what they did,” and “that they had to have spoken to someone.”

His mom believes the people in question are in the Canton, East Canton, Massillon, Louisville and general Stark County area, but said she would not be surprised if they fled elsewhere in Ohio.

Carlisle was shot and killed during a marijuana deal that was allegedly set up as a planned robbery, New Philadelphia Police say. The fatal shooting happened on 11th Drive NW.
