Five Buckeye Career Center students enlist to serve in the U.S. Armed Forces

The Buckeye Career Center is honoring the technical center’s five 2021 seniors who have enlisted to join the U.S. Armed Forces after graduation this spring.

Students who are enlisting include Spencer Miday, a senior from Garaway who is enrolled in the
BCC Welding program and has enlisted in the U.S. Army; Kaden Webber, a senior from
Conotton Valley who is enrolled in the BCC Law Enforcement program and has enlisted in the
U.S. Navy; Jacub Babe, a senior from Carrollton who is enrolled in the BCC Career-Based
Intervention program and has enlisted in the U.S. Navy; Cheyenne Peterman, a senior from
Indian Valley who is enrolled in BCC’s Electrical Systems Technology and Utility Lineworker
programs and has enlisted in the U.S. Army; and Sha’len Steiner, a senior from Tusky Valley
who is enrolled in the BCC Welding program and has enlisted in the U.S. Air Force.

“Buckeye Career Center congratulates these students and thanks them for their commitment to
serving their country following graduation this spring,” read a press release from the Buckeye Career Center.
