Authorities are investigating after a body was discovered Sunday morning, Sept. 20, in or near a body of water at Pride Valley Campground in Carroll County.
Officials confirmed the discovery to Jordan Miller News but have not released the victim’s identity.
An official with the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office told Jordan Miller News that no foul play is suspected in connection with the death.
Additional details surrounding the circumstances of the discovery have not been released.
The death remains under investigation.
