A 30-year-old Stark County woman died following a multi-vehicle crash late Saturday morning at the intersection of U.S. Route 62 and Harmont Avenue in Canton.
Emergency crews responded to the crash, where multiple vehicles were involved. The woman was transported to Aultman Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
Authorities have not yet released the woman’s identity pending notification of her family.
The circumstances leading up to the crash have not been released, and investigators have not said how many vehicles were involved or whether anyone else was injured.
The crash remains under investigation.
