20-year-old killed in Tuscarawas County motorcycle crash

A 20-year-old man from Tuscarawas County died Wednesday evening in a motorcycle accident.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a 20-year-old from Tuscarawas was operating a 2012 Ducati Superbike. The rider was heading east on U.S. Route 250 when a deer entered the roadway. The bike and the deer colliding and he was thrown from the motorcycle.

The crash victim has been identified as Isaac Stokey of Tuscarawas.

He was transported to Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

The crash remains under investigation.
