A child was abducted from Akron, according to local authorities.
An amber alert was issued just before 11 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15.
According to AmberAlertPlan.org, Carson Eckel, 5, of Akron, was abducted by Sean Eckel.
Carson is described as white with blonde hair, green eyes, standing at 3’ 6” and weighing 40 lbs. Last seen wearing a black hoodie, gray shirt, black pants and red tennis shoes.
The suspect, Sean Eckel, is described as a white male, 31 years old, 5’2″, 150lbs, blonde hair, blue eyes, last seen wearing dark colored shirt and jeans.
