The City of Canton is investigating another homicide after a man was shot to death in the city early Tuesday morning.
According to Canton Police Chief John Gabbard, officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of 8th St. N.E. for reports of a shooting at 3:57 AM.
When they arrived, they located 33-year-old Adrian Armstead of Canton laying in the hallway, unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 4:22 AM.
No arrests have been made in the homicide.
