A Stark County woman is facing her 6th lifetime OVI charge.

According to the Ohio State Patrol, Lillian J. Rubright, 52, was arrested Saturday morning for Felony OVI on I-77 northbound in Bethlehem Township (Navarre area).

Troopers say she refused to take a breathalyzer.

Rubright’s arrest on Saturday morning was her fifth in the last 10 years and 6th in her life.

She was booked into the Stark County Jail as she awaits arraignment in Massillon Municipal Court.

Rubright was recently arrested on Friday, Dec. 23, for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor charge. She was found guilty of the charge on Dec. 27. Her sentence requires her to pay a $75 fine and complete 10 hours of community service.
