The Canton Police Department needs your help located a Canton man accused of stabbing his brother multiple times.
Canton Police Officers were dispatched to Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital Wednesday night after Erek Bichsel, 42, of Louisville, was dropped off with apparent stab wounds throughout his body. He is in critical condition, according to Canton Police.
An investigation by Canton detectives determined that Bichsel was allegedly stabbed by his brother, Derek Edwards, 46, of Canton. With the help of the prosecutor’s office, police obtained arrest warrants for Edwards, who remains at large at this time.
The investigation is continuing. Anyone with any information in regards to this crime or the whereabouts of the suspect is asked to contact the Canton Police Detective Bureau, at (330) 489-3144.
