Canton Police responded to the Bob Evans on Lesh St in Canton just before 10 am Friday morning for reports of a shooting.
Police say that a man, now identified as Richard James Nelson, walked into the Bob Evans restaurant and chased down an employee shooting her multiple times in the back hallway before he exited the building.
The victim has been identified as Rebecca Jean Rogers, 38, of Canton. Police say the fatal shooting is domestic-related.
At this time Nelson remains at large, and as wanted for aggravated murder.
If seen, police say do not approach Ian call 911 immediately.
