The driver, a 39-year-old Newcomerstown man, was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Tuscarawas County Coroner’s Office. JMN is withholding the man’s identity until an appropriate amount of time has passed to notify additional family and loved ones.
