Authorities are investigating the suspicious death of a 35-year-old Columbiana County man found Sunday afternoon.
The Columbiana County Coroner’s Office was called to a home in the 22000 block of Margaret Lane at 2:26 p.m. Sunday, according to Investigator Wade Boley. The victim, identified as Brian Tombow, 35, of Knox Township, had an Alliance mailing address.
Boley said the death is being treated as suspicious. The Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) are handling the investigation. The coroner has not released the manner of death.
Tombow’s body has been transported to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy.
The Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office has not yet provided additional information to Jordan Miller News as the investigation continues.
