A 32-year-old homeless man was found dead in a tent Monday morning, according to the Stark County Coroner’s Office.
A spokesperson for the coroner’s office said authorities received a call at 9:08 a.m. from Alliance police reporting a deceased man inside a tent off Rush Street, behind PTC Metals, a local business.
The man was identified as Justin Ward, 32, of Alliance. He was considered homeless, officials said.
The cause of death remains under investigation. However, the coroner’s office said low temperatures may have been a contributing factor.
No additional details were immediately released.
