Bowerston man suffers life-threatening injuries in Coshocton County crash

A Bowerston man was critically injured in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday evening in Bethlehem Township, according to the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said the crash occurred around 6:45 p.m. at U.S. 36 and County Road 27. Investigators determined that Brody Nalley, 20, was driving west on U.S. 36 when he attempted to turn left onto County Road 27. He failed to yield to oncoming traffic and was struck by an eastbound vehicle driven by James Brown, 69, of Salineville.

Nalley was taken to Genesis Hospital in Coshocton by county EMS with life-threatening injuries.

Assisting at the scene were Coshocton County EMS, the Walhonding Valley Fire District, Jackson Township Fire Department, Prince’s Wrecker Service, AEP and REACT.
