At least one person was killed in a crash Thursday evening around 4:30 p.m. in Perry Township.
The Stark County Coroner’s Office confirmed the fatality to Jordan Miller News. The crash occurred in the 4700 block of Navarre Road SW, in front of Superior Dairy.
The circumstances surrounding the crash have not been released.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol is leading the investigation into the fatal crash.
Navarre Road was temporarily closed while emergency crews responded and investigators processed the scene. The roadway later reopened.
The identity of the person who died has not been released, pending notification of family members.
