A person died Tuesday morning in New Philadelphia following an apartment fire in the city.
Firefighters were dispatched to the the four-unit apartment building at 3:10 Tuesday morning located at 247 Allen Lane SW.
Details are limited at this time, but Fire Chief Jim Parrish confirms one person died as a result of the fire, which is being investigated by the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
