Suspects flee police apprehension in Magnolia; police searching for man, woman

The Magnolia Police Department are currently searching for a man and woman they say ‘escaped apprehension from the Magnolia Police department during a traffic stop’.

The man, Larry Tyler Carman, is wanted for a domestic violence warrant he has out of Massillon. During the attempt to arrest Carman, he resisted arrest by force and escaped into the woods near the bridge exiting town Farber. He is now also wanted for Resisting Arrest, Obstruction and Assault on a Peace officer.

Carman is 33, and 6’4″, 160 lbs. with pink hair and blue eyes.

The woman, Jessica Lynn Raines, fled when the responding officer attempted to chase the Carman. She is wanted for obstruction, tampering with evidence, theft and Driving under Suspension. Police say she took off in a 2003 Fire engine red Dodge Durango with plates (GPS5881).

Raines is 31, and 5’9″ 135 lbs. with brown hair and blue eyes.

The pair are said to live in “in the cinder block garage apartment on the alley that loops in between chestnut and Garfield.”
