Quick actions by civilians saved an apartment complex Wednesday afternoon.
Members of the Dover Fire Department responded to 139 Fillmore Avenue for reports of a fire in a Seton Square apartment building.
When officials arrived on scene, building staff were in the process of quickly evacuating residents from the apartment building.
Fire Captain Brooks Ross tells media outlets no injuries were sustained and a maintenance worker closed the door on the room of origin to keep the fire contained.
The fire started in a bedroom of an apartment complex but the cause has not been determined.
