The Stark County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a 65-year-old man who has been reported missing.
Deputies said David Lee Elliott II was last seen around 6 p.m. on Sept. 8 leaving the Stark County Jail. Authorities said he has not returned to his home in Navarre to check on his cats and has not been taking his medications.
Investigators said Elliott’s vehicle was found parked at a different location with his cell phone locked inside.
He is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
