Authorities and family members are searching for a Massillon man who has been missing since Saturday morning.
Nate Yoder was last seen Oct. 18 in Cambridge, located in Guernsey County, according to a post from the Ohio Guardian. He was driving a red Dodge truck at the time.
Yoder failed to show up for work, prompting concern among friends and family. A welfare check was conducted after he could not be reached, which family members said is unlike him.
“He does not have his phone on him, so there’s been no way to contact him,” the post stated.
The Massillon Police Department has been notified, but an official missing person report cannot be filed until 48 hours have passed following the welfare check, meaning a report was not expected to become active until Thursday morning.
Family members said they are extremely worried and are asking the public to share information widely, especially across surrounding states, in case someone has seen Yoder or his red Dodge truck without realizing he is missing.
Anyone with information or possible sightings is urged to contact local law enforcement immediately.
