Police are investigating a situation along Parkford Street NW near Wales Avenue NW in Jackson Township after reports of gunfire Monday night.
A neighbor who lives close to the scene told Jordan Miller News that just after 8 p.m., he heard more than five shots fired.
As of late Monday, police had not confirmed any information about the incident and said it could be several hours before details are released.
There are more than a dozen officers on scene, and two areas are blocked off with caution tape.
Authorities say this incident is unrelated to the high-speed chase that took place earlier in the evening in Plain Township.
