A Canton woman has been arraigned on multiple charges, including felonious assault, after a shooting incident over the weekend.
Zanib al Mudhari, 25, appeared in court Tuesday, where her bond was set at $750,000. She is accused of shooting a 31-year-old man in the leg at their shared residence on 11th Street SW, located just east of Dueber Avenue, on Saturday afternoon.
In addition to the assault charge, al Mudhari faces charges of endangering children, as a child was reportedly inside the home during the incident. She is also charged with tampering with evidence, as police allege she hid the firearm used in the shooting in a suitcase.
The condition of the victim has not been disclosed. Canton police continue to investigate the case.
