Authorities have issued an Amber Alert for a missing two-year-old girl, Anise Brewer, who was allegedly kidnapped by her biological father in Alliance on August 6.
The Amber Alert was issued around 4:45 a.m, although many residents report not getting an alert to their phones.
Police say Anise was taken by her non-custodial father, Rondell Brewer, who is described as a Black male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing around 180 pounds. He was last seen driving a yellow 2013 Chevrolet Camaro with Ohio license plate number 5EA6SN.
Anise was last seen wearing shark slides, coral sweatpants, and a green shirt. Authorities believe she may be in imminent danger and are urging the public to assist in locating her.

She is described as having brown hair and brown eyes, and weighs approximately 30 pounds. Anyone with information regarding her abduction is encouraged to contact the Alliance Police Department or call 911.
Rondell Brewer’s phone was last pinged in Iowa, raising concerns about the duo’s whereabouts. Law enforcement officials are actively searching for the pair and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
