Man shot by FBI while serving warrant in Carroll County

A suspect was shot in Carroll County following a shooting involving the FBI.

According to Carroll County Sheriff Calvin Graham the shooting took place when FBI agents attempted to serve a warrant at a home on Perron Road on Monday, July 15.

The FBI sent JMN the following statement about the incident:

“The FBI is reviewing an agent-involved shooting which occurred July 15, 2024, at approximately 11:15 a.m. in Carrollton, Ohio. One subject was wounded. The FBI takes all shooting incidents involving our agents or task force members seriously.”

The spokesperson for the FBI said there will be no further comment.

The condition of the suspect is unknown at this time.

The FBI requested the Carroll County Sheriff’s help with serving the warrant.
