Two men have been arrested and charged in connection to the death of Frank Campbell, who died in a house fire on May 1 at the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue NW, which authorities say was intentionally set.

Corey Bulstrom, 29, of Louisville has been charged with aggravated murder, with bond set at $1 million. According to criminal complaints filed by the Canton Police Department, Bulstrom “did aid and/or abet” in setting the fire.

Salvatore Morris, 31, of Canton has also been charged with complicity to commit aggravated murder. The complaint states that Morris assisted in setting the fire that caused Campbell’s death.

An arrest warrant has been issued for a third man, Clayton Cunningham, who faces charges of aggravated murder and aggravated arson.

When did the fire happen?

At 1:27 a.m. on May 1, the Canton Fire Department responded to a call at 200 Lincoln Avenue NW, discovering a fire in a two-and-a-half-story residential building.

Firefighters arrived to find significant flames engulfing the front of the house. Upon entering the premises, they discovered the body of Campbell behind the entrance.

Investigators later determined that the fire had been intentionally set.
