In the early hours of Friday, December 15, at around 4:08 a.m., Jackson Township Police responded to a business alarm at Kay Jewelers, situated within Belden Village Mall at 4215 Belden Village St, NW. Upon arrival, officers discovered signs of forced entry and missing merchandise from the store.
As authorities probed the initial incident, a subsequent discovery unfolded. Another jewelry retailer, Zales Jewelers, also located inside Belden Village Mall, had experienced a similar breach, with stolen merchandise reported.
Jackson Township Police are urging anyone who may have been in the vicinity of Belden Village Mall during the specified timeframe and witnessed suspicious activity or possesses information relevant to these incidents to come forward.
