Toxicology reports have returned for a woman accused of crashing into a man’s bedroom and killing him in February.

Hallie Maczko, 32, of Green, had a blood alcohol level of more than four times the legal limit when she crashed into a Barth Road home last month. Her BAC was .374 grams by weight of alcohol level per one hundred milliliters of urine, according to a press release from the Summit County Sheriff’s Office. The legal limit is .08.

According to Summit County Officials, a 2010 Subaru operated by Maczko was heading north on Mayfair Road when she lost control of the vehicle, went across the centerline and crashed into a home on Barth Drive on Feb. 19.

Inside the Barth Drive home was 69-year-old Robert D. Shull who was sleeping. He was struck by the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.

Maczko was charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and driving while intoxicated.
