More than six weeks following a Norfolk Southern train derailment in East Palestine, residents remain full of questions.
Governor Mike DeWine said he expects the rail company to cover the loss in property values from the train derailment and ensuring fires and chemical exposure as a result of it.
He believes any reductions in the next property appraisal should be covered by the railroad.
