The Newcomerstown Fire Department and the State Fire Marshal’s Office remains on scene of a Monday morning fire in Newcomerstown.
The fire department was first dispatched to a house on Spaulding Avenue for a fully-involved house fire.
Two victims were found inside the house, but officials continue to search for possible other victims, according to Mayor Pat Cadle.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
Officials with the State Fire Marshal’s Office could not be immediately reached for comment.
