The Canton Police Department needs your help locating 19-year-old Darcell Lamont Anthony Jr, who is accused of a Monday afternoon murder.
Police responded to 2100 block of 7th St. N.E for reports of a shooting. When they arrived, they located 47-year-old Sean Rex unresponsive in the kitchen with a gunshot wound to the head. The Stark County Coroner’s Office declared him dead at the scene.
Detectives quickly identified Anthony Jr. as a suspect and with the help of the Stark County Prosecutor’s Office, they obtained an arrest warrant for Murder. He is also wanted on outstanding warrants related to Domestic Violence. Anthony Jr. remains at-large.
The investigation is continuing at this time.
