The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a single-vehicle car accident that killed a Malvern woman.
Officials said Carrie Conrad, 44, was traveling eastbound on the highway near the Whipple Ave exit when her vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway, striking a tree and a fence before overturning. Conrad was pronounced dead at the scene by the Stark County Coroner.
The accident happened just before 3pm Sunday.
OSHP report Conrad was not wearing a seatbelt. The crash remains under investigation.
