Lefevre’s 25 points guide Malvern’s 79-37 Senior Night win over Lisbon

MALVERN, Ohio (JMN Sports) – Connor Lefevre scored a game-high 25 points to lead the Malvern Hornets to a 79-37 Senior Night win over visiting Lisbon David Anderson.

Lefevre drilled eight field goals – including seven 3-point attempts – to lead the way for the Hornets, who finish the regular season with a 17-4 overall record.

After gaining a 13-12 opening quarter lead, Malvern outscored Lisbon 24-9 in the second quarter to lead at halftime, 37-21.

Following Lefevre in scoring was Michael Minor (15 points, six rebounds), along with Noah Ball (nine points) and Drake Delong (eight points).

Hunter Dailey led the Blue Devils with 14 points, followed by Trevor Siefke’s nine points.

The Hornets’ next game will be Saturday, Feb 19 against Buckeye Trail in a make-up IVC contest.
