Canton Police arrested a 38-year-old woman in connection to the homicide of 26-year-old Tiara Burch.
Aja Miranda Lindsey, of Nicholas Place NW, was arrested Friday on complicity to murder charges related to the death of a Burch who was found dead on her apartment floor last Wednesday.
Lindsey is accused of transporting items in a laundry basket from Burch’s home and also using Burch’s telephone to send messages and make calls, pretending to be Burch after she died.
Police were dispatched to the apartment in the 500 block of 11th St. NW for a requested welfare check of Burch. They found her dead on the floor when they arrived.
Canton detectives and officials with the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation are handling the investigation.
