Accused Jackson Twp. kidnapper to be extradited back to Stark County next week

Jonathan Stinnett, the man accused of kidnapping his neighbor, five-year-old Ana Grace Burke, is scheduled to be extradited back to Ohio next week.

The 36-year-old suspect was arrested in Illinois after allegedly taking the little girl from the Goodwill located in the 7200 block of Fulton Dr. in Jackson Twp, the evening of Nov. 11. The pair were located in a vehicle three states away, according to police.

Stinnett remains in the McClean County Jail. He is expected to be in the Stark County Jail by Tuesday, according to the Jackson Twp. Police Department.

Stinnett has been charged with Kidnapping and Abduction.
