A young boy was killed Monday evening at a home in the 1600 block of Royal Ave NE in Canton.
Officials with the Stark County Coroner’s Office said a young boy was killed, but details of his death remain limited. The child’s death was ruled a homicide.
Witnesses told JMN the incident that led up to the young boy’s death were domestic related but police have not released any additional information about the incident.
A witness said the child was removed from the house and appeared to be “lifeless”.
The child was transported to Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
