Tuscarawas Central Catholic beat Strasburg for the second time of the season in a four-set road victory, 23-25, 25-19, 25-18, 25-19.

The Saints claimed the Inter-Valley Conference North Division championship, along with improving to 15-5 for the year (12-0 IVC).

Maddie Ferrell (13 kills, 20 digs, 16 assists) and Jordyn Caldwell (19 assists, five aces) led the Saints, while Emma Gilkerson led the Tigers with 15 points and 22 digs.

MORGANTOWN (W. Va) 8-29-26-25, DOVER 25-27-24-22

Morgantown improved to 15-6 and topped Dover in the Ohio Valley Athletic Conference Championships 5A semifinals on Wednesday.

The Crimson Tornadoes, led by Taylor Luneborg (16 points, 16 kills, 15 digs, 4 aces) and Cara Detweiler (13 points, 5 aces,12 kills, 18 digs), dropped to 13-8.

TUSCARAWAS VALLEY 25-26-25, HILAND 13-24-17

The Tusky Valley Trojans capped Senior Night with a straight-sets win over Hiland in Zoarville.

T.V. (19-2, 11-1) received top nights from Locie Levengood (22 assists) and Audrey Barr (31 digs, 18 serve receptions), as well as Taylor West, who recorded her 1000th career kill among 20 kills and two blocks.

INDIAN VALLEY 18-23-25-25-15, GARAWAY 25-25-21-22-12

Indian Valley overcame dropping the first two sets to best the Garaway Pirates on Wednesday.

Cari Anderson (43 assists, 12 digs, 10 points), Torie Stocker (20 points, 22 kills, 13 digs, nine aces), and Abby Morrison (33 digs, eight points, seven assists, three kills) led the Braves, who improved to 8-13 (4-8 IVC).

RIDGEWOOD 25-25-25, SANDY VALLEY 14-13-13

Ridgewood soured Sandy Valley’s Senior Night with a straight-sets victory in Magnolia.

Ella Matusik led the Generals with 34 assists, nine digs, five points, and two blocks, while Hannah Maust (13 kills, 15 digs, five points, three blocks) and Kaelynn Robinson (15 digs, nine kills, five points) helped Ridgewood advance to 12-9.

MALVERN 20-25-25-27, EAST CANTON 25-11-12-25

Olivia Brothers (17 assists, 16 points, seven aces) and Maddie Powers (17 kills) led Malvern in their four-set with over East Canton.
