Claymont School District announced Tuesday plans to hold a Claymont Stadium project dedication for the football stadium’s renovation on Friday, August 27 at 6:30 p.m.
The dedication, set for the Mustangs’ home opener against Canton South, will be followed by a fireworks display following the game.
In addition to the dedication, a stadium open house will be held on Sunday, Sept. 19 from 1 to 3 p.m, along with a chicken barbecue held by the Mustangs Pride Committee and school track teams.
Tickets for the latter event are available at Claymont High School, Middle School, and Elementary School, as well as from any committee member.
