Thomas Humphrey, 48, was arrested by Canton Police Wednesday night in the murder of Devon Meredith.
Humphrey was charged with Complicity to Commit Murder after police responded to a fatal shooting Monday night in the 1400 block of 6th St SW. When police arrived to the scene, they located Meredith dead with a gunshot to the head around 1 p.m.
Warrants were issued for both Robert Torrence and Humphrey. Torrence turned himself into police Wednesday morning and was charged with murder.
Both men are being held on $500,000 bond.
