Two men are dead following a fatal car crash that occurred Wednesday on State Route 30 near State Route 172.
According to the Lisbon Post of the State Highway Patrol, a tow truck traveling west bound on SR 30 was struck head on when a GMC Sierra, traveling east bound, went left of center.
The vehicles traveled off of the road and ignited into flames.
72-year-old James. Mullins, of Carrollton, was the driver of the GMC. He died at the scene.
The passenger of the GMC also died at the scene. He was identified as 34-year-old Jacob Mullins.
Ernest L. Nicholson IV, of Washingtonville, the driver of the tow truck, suffered serious injuries that are suspected to be non-life threatening.
Nicholas Gardner, of Minerva, 21, of Minerva, was the passenger of the tow truck. He suffered minor injuries and refused treatment.
OSHP said they believe alcohol is not a factor in the crash, which remains under investigation.
