Update (7:20 p.m. April 9, 2021): The Amber Alert has been canceled and the boys are now back with their mother, Jackson Twp. police confirm.

An Amber Alert was issued but later canceled after Jackson Twp. police say a man abducted two boys from a hotel Friday evening.

Carter Parker, 2, and Kobe Parker an infant, were taken around 5:50 p.m. from a Red Roof Inn hotel near the 4600 block of Everhard Road but police say they’ve been reunited with their mother.

Police say the two children were abducted by 27-year-old Zachary Dean Parker. At the time of the abduction, he was considered armed and dangerous.
