Friday afternoon, the US Marshals arrested Yousif Alhallaq MD on charges of attempted murder and two counts of felonious assault at his place of business.
Alhallaq is accused of trying to cause death to his wife’s unborn child. He was arrested at his place of work in the 4500 block of Dressler Rd. He was transported to the Stark County Jail.
Jackson Township police said they conducted an investigation in conjunction with the Stark County Sheriff’s office.
The investigation is ongoing and details remain limited.
