Governor Mike DeWine released additional phases for the COVID-19 vaccine distribution.

Beginning March 19, Phase 1E and 2C will be enacted to allow Ohioans with cancer, chronic kidney disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, heard disease and obesity and those over 40 to receive the vaccine.

The largest phase was announced also. Phase 2D will go into effect March 29, allowing all Ohioans 16 and older to receive the vaccine.

The roll out of these new phases will allow a majority of Ohio residents to receive the vaccine.
