The Portage County Sheriff’s office is investigating after a teen was killed Friday evening.
In a press release from the Sheriff’s Office, they say 18 year-old Zachary David Blosser was charged with one count of Murder, a Felony of the first degree, after the death of a 17-year-old female.
At this time, the Portage County Sheriff’s office has not released how the young lady died and says they continue to investigate. The victim’s name has not been released out of respect for family and friends.
He is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday March 15 and his case will be presented to the Portage County Grand Jury next Thursday.
