Water department responds to water main break in Dover; boil advisory issued for downtown

An official with the City of Dover Water department said a water boil advisory has been issued following a water main break in the downtown area.

The water main break occurred at the corner of W. 3rd St. and N Walnut St.

JMN is told that the boil advisory will affect the downtown area from Wooster Ave to Tuscarawas Ave along W. 3rd St. About 40 residences will be affected.
